Newsletter subscriptions
When you subscribe, your email address is sent to MailerLite to manage your subscription and deliver the Live a Little Extra newsletter. New subscriptions require confirmation through the email sent to your inbox.
MailerLite processes subscription status and delivery information and may record newsletter engagement such as opens and clicks according to its service settings. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. For subscription questions or a removal request, email newsletter@livealittleextra.com.
Visiting the website
Our WordPress host processes routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request logs. Signed-in WordPress administrators also use account/session cookies. You do not need a reader account to browse our articles.
Shopping and outside links
Retailer websites have their own privacy, cookie and checkout policies. Following a shopping link takes you to that retailer; Live a Little Extra does not handle that checkout or receive your payment details.

If you email us, we use the information in your message to respond. Please do not send payment information or other sensitive records. Contact newsletter@livealittleextra.com for questions about information you provided.

Website measurement
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and shopping links readers use. Google Analytics may use first-party analytics cookies to measure visits and interactions. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are disabled. Newsletter form values and searches are not tracked, and page-address query strings are removed from our page-view configuration. Google processes this measurement data under its Privacy Policy. You can block analytics cookies or the Google tag through your browser settings or a content blocker.
